Santinio Jones is the Behavioral Health Program Manager at Packard Health, where he leads the Healing Brothers United (HBU) Program, a community-based initiative dedicated to improving mental health outcomes for Black men and boys in Washtenaw County. With more than 30 years of professional experience, including extensive service at the University of Michigan and over a decade in project management, he specializes in building strategic partnerships, leading collaborative initiatives, and developing impactful programs. Santinio also serves as a part-time Business Instructor at Washtenaw Community College, drawing on his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Eastern Michigan University to cultivate leadership, collaboration, and practical business skills. He is committed to advancing equitable access to mental health resources, education, and community empowerment.
